i can't find any records ! is the one from WW2 from pilots ? and what could be the value

I don't know its value but I am fairly sure that this is a patch from a GNR (Guardia Nazionale Repubblicana) hat. These are not wings next to the fasces but heavily stylized letters "M".

I tend to agree with DonCarnage. A cap badge for the GNR. Please the photo from a page of a book on Italian uniforms that I have. I can’t make out the gold items with the badge from your photo.
If you look on eBay you will plenty of Italian badges for sale which will give you some idea of its value.
