The pre 1939 organization, the Pariani "law" is of the 22nd december 1938, is also a my interest
as i understand the italian army, just before of Pariani reform, had
5 alpine divisions each with 2 alpine rgts (and one of alpine artillery)
3 "celeri" divisions each with 2 cavalry rgts, 1 bersaglieri (bicycle infantry) rgt and 1 tankette cavalry btln (and one artillery rgt (1 horse artillery btln and 2 motorized artillery btlns)
36 infantry divisions (14 with 2 rgts and 22 with 3 rgts), the Egeo army command was 2 infantry rgt strong
2 armoured bde (each wih 1 tank(ette) rgt and 1 bersaglieri rgt)

p.s the 8th and 32nd infantry division, motorized, a few days before of Pariani reform get a third rgt, a bersaglieri one
