61st Sirte Division 1940

I am lacking truck information on this division. As part of 5th Army, it had been stripped of most of its trucks which were given to 10th Army. It was transferred to Cyrenaica in July 1940. It was unloaded in record time, suggesting very few trucks. Graziani's October 1940 truck count indicates a divisional shortage of 200 trucks, which would happen if it had no trucks. I notice it never moved from Tobruk any further than Gambut. Yet in January, 1941, when Tobruk fell, the British found 200 trucks with 61st, or pretty close to Sirte's establishment. It suggests to me these trucks were added after October 1940. Am I wrong?

I have concluded 61st Sirte was never without its trucks. It left Misrata to join the rest of 5th Army in the Tripoli area in June, a move requiring it had trucks. There until at least June 26, it left Tripoli for Benghazi on July 9. As the only 5th Army division to have even 80% of its full compliment of trucks, it was the logical choice to send to Benghazi to join 10th Army. Its transport to Benghazi included liners for the infantry and transports for the trucked artillery regiment. It remained in Benghazi through the month of August due to heat. On September 1 it left for Tobruk, arriving September 9. What would have arrived then was its motorized artillery regiment, the infantry on foot unable to keep up.

Once they arrived in Tobruk, the trucks were unloaded of their artillery and used to help motorize 1st Blackshirt division.

How it was unloaded in record time or why the trucks weren't counted in October 1940 (The count came up short 200 trucks, the same number of trucks 61st Sirte surrendered in Tobruk with) is not known
