Well Voloire, I don't have the same composition.

The Brigata corazzata speciale (named BABINI, which followed General MIELE) was only constitued by :
- III battalion M13 ;
- V battalion M13
- one battalion of L3 (LX bat.) ;
- one company of motorcycles ;
- one group of artillery from Div Savona (?);
- and sometimes one squadron of Armoured Car (not AB40, but old Fiat tipo Llibia, a local and versatile production).

It was forseen that a battalion of Bersaglieri will join it (perhaps from 10ème Regimento Bers.) but not before its destruction...

The others battalions were attached :
at first, or second Raggrupamento (for most of the L3 and I M11 bat.) or MALETTI Group (for II bat M11 and LXI bat L3) :
for the others, it was planned to developped another armoured Brigade (Group BEGNINI with VI and XXI bat M13 which defend Solluch).

Am I right ?

There were no AB.40 in North Africa at the time of Beda Fomm, neither later except for one single vehicle with the PAI "Romolo Gessi" column. Except for that single vehicle and for perhaps another used as a railway a/c in the Balkans, no AB.40 with the original twin MG armament ever saw active service.

AFAIK, of course.
