Hello,
I'm looking for infos about the anti-parachutists operations carried out by "Loreto" Arditi Battalion of the Regia Aeronautica in Sicily (based in Marsala airport) between november 1942 and may 1943 and in Sardinia based in Decimomannu airport) between may and september 1943.
It has to be recalled that two companies of the Btl were sent to Tunisia in february 1943, where they were part of the Assault Regiment "Duca d'Aosta".
Any help is appreciated.
