1. This might be a typo for 150/45 or 152/45?
2. Later renamed 63rd Artillery Group.

It does appears to be a typo. No 105/45 or 150/45 in the Italian inventory. There are 152/45s. According to Le artiglierie del Regio Esercito della second guerra mondiale, the 152/45 were former naval guns taken off the modernized 1GM battleships. That source states that the 41º gruppo di artiglieria pesante equipped with these guns defended the port of Palermo in June 1943 (pp. 157-158).

Olay, so the 41º gruppo di artiglieria pesante (152/45) had the 121ª e 122ª batterie?

v/r Jeff

The caliber 152/45 was a caliber reserved for the navy, but by 1933 the Port of Palermo had passed under the jurisdiction of the army and the existing batteries then passed under the command of the army. The Coastal Artillery Group n. 41 which already existed at the time took charge of the two batteries renumbering them with orders 121 and 122. Battery 123 also always existed on 152/45 but was presumably demobilized before 1943. It should be noted that also in Italian relations often the group is mistaken as an Army group because Porto Palermo was directly dependent on the 6th army.
All the best
Maurizio
