To obtain Officers’ military records, the request must be addressed to:

To obtain NCOs and soldiers’ military records, the request must be addressed to: the Document Centers (former military districts) associated with the province in which the military member was born. Military Centers (http://www.esercito.difesa.it/organizzazione/capo-di-sme/cmcapitale/I-Centri-Documentali and territorially associated State Archives (www.archivi.beniculturali.it/UCBAWEB/indice.html. Currently all of these records are now held in the state archives.
