Gentlemen,
I am currently building an M13/40, and since I'm leaving some hatches open, I would like to know what colour the inside of the tank was painted in.

The interior was painted in white, while the part that can be opened (for example the doors, were painted in the same colour of the external part of the tank.

and was it the same for other vehicles like trucks, tractors..?

These types of vehicles had usually the same colour both for the interior and the external part.
