The below image, as well as the below video, show a French 75 in action with Italians in Tunisia.

What was the Italian designation for this gun? Is this a one-off, or was there a unit which fielded these?

The Italian designation was 75/34 mod. 97 P.B. These guns were used in costal defense and in many cases found scattered around as individual pieces. I am not aware of any units equipped with this gun but it is always possible that conditions in Tunisia would see these guns being pressed into active field service.
