3 questions about armored divisions tipo AS

1. According to Jeff's article about AS divisions in 1941 variant of Divisione Corazzata there were two regimental command units:

-Compagnia Comando (Command Company)
—Regimental command group (11 medium tanks)
—Command Company with a command tank, liaison platoon (6 radio tanks) and three reserve platoons (5 medium tanks each)

What were their respective functions and why they were divided?

2. What was the exact order of light tank (tankettes) battalions in AS in each year of the campaign? (number of companies, platoons, Lf companies etc.)

3. Sometimes we can meet with white company marking with black stripes for tanks (attached photo). These were tanks of regimental command unit, but what part of it? Liason squad? Reserve? Maybe something else?

A regimental command group is the regimental staff. The planners and overseers of the execution of the plans.

The regimental command company is the unit that provides all the support to the staff. Supplies, meals, maintenance, communications, etc.

Today you would have a command group, a jump TOC (or TAC), the TOC main, and the various support assets all assigned under a headquarters company.

Note the available information only provided data on the combat vehicles. The cp. cdo. would have trucks, motocycles, maintenance, etc. in which to support the headquarters operations.

When it comes to Italian organization everything is usually complicated , but was there any fixed organization for these battalions, like in medium tanks case? I mean the theoretical one, not the actual capacities of each of them.
