Navi e Poltrone

Whilst reading a Royal Navy staff history I came across a reference to the book Navi e Poltrone by Signor Trizzino. The note states that the author was sued by Admiral Brivonesi for libel in November 1953, found guilty, ordered to pay a fine of 10466000 lire and imprisoned for two years and four months. Would any of you be able to tell me more about the book and the case please?
