The President of the Republic
Chief of the "Vittorio Veneto" Order
following the Defence Minister's proposal
with Decree dated 04 02 1970 (that's Feb 4, 1970, we write dates in DD/MM/YYYY format)
has bestowed the honor of
Knight
of Vittorio Veneto Order
to Mr. Scarlino Domenico
according to Law Nr. 263 issued on March 18, 1968, Article 4 for recognized
fighting merits, with faculty of decking (adorning? it stays for wearing with honor) its (of the Order) insigna.
Rome on the 4th of February, 1970
