I am very much afraid that you will be disappointed. Very few Italian WW2 tanks survived the war. Those that did are in museums with a very small number in private collections. The only replica Italian tank that I know of is a single WW1 Fiat tank which was built Not that long ago.
I understand that there are some relics still in the North African desert but can’t be approached due to unexploded ordinance. Every now and again parts do appear on auction sites but it is very rare.
Some of my colleagues on this forum may be able to give you more hope.
